The same is true for climbing. Your mindset will determine how fast you progress, how much enjoyment you get out of the sport, and your relationship with climbing as a whole. Whether you're a beginner or have been climbing for a long time, Mindset Makeover is about bringing climbing back in line with what's important to you.
Everyone is unique and has unique goals, which is why certain mindset traits might be more important to you than others. By first understanding your values, beliefs, and your "true north", you can develop a mindset that is optimal for you and where you want to take climbing. By practising the mindset shifts that truly support you, you’ll not only see your performance improve—you’ll reconnect with the joy that brought you to climbing in the first place.
